Yin and Yang is perhaps the best way to describe the work of Chris Neill.

The man influenced by the work of the arts and crafts movement of the Greene Brothers, also likes reggae music. He likes simple. He likes color. He likes the combination of old and new.

And family is very important to him.

"My furniture is a little more spontaneous, usually starting with a rough sketch and willingness to be open along the way," Chris says. "Even though my designs have mostly been inspired by personal drive, a few of my pieces have been inspired with a client in mind."

Known for his custom cabinetry, North Country Woodworks, Chris Neill Designs has emerged over the past few years as a way to design and create the furniture he enjoys making.
